Our technical service supports our sales and business activities.
Veterinarians in charge of each animal category, with their highly specialized knowledge and skills, are responsible for supplying information to customers and for training our sales personnel.
Supporting of 'Shakunage-kai', holding a 'Zenoaq Extension Seminar' and
Building up a 'Peterrace' which is a website for pet owners.
We have built up a Technical Information Provision System (TIPS) which unify management of large amount of information such as a test data, professional literature, FAQ and so on. We provide the information in need from TIPS to customers speedily via our sales staff. We also support the activities of 'Shakunage-kai' (Rosebay Society) which was established with the aim to encourage veterinarians, stockbreeding professionals and animal medical supply manufacturer to work in unison and contribute to the development of the livestock breeding industry.
We also organize 'ZENOAQ's Extension Seminar', and operate 'Petterace' which is a website for pet owners. Here on this site, easy-to-understand information on the health conditions of pet animals and animal welfare are available.
