Approach to Management Quality Improvement on ZENOAQ
ZENOAQ has brought in an advancement program of management quality, which is proposed by Japan Quality Award Council, and we have started promoting the company-wide activity since 2008.
The purpose of the program, based on our 4 fundamental principles including, Customer-oriented, Distinctive competency, Great importance on employees, and Harmony with community, is to achieve world-class level of excellent company with making improvements and reviewing of our own affairs.
- Customer-oriented: Customers receive gratification from our service.
- Distinctive competency: Pursuit of inimitable originality.
- Great importance on employees: Making utmost efforts to develop employee's faculties.
- Harmony with community: Respond to demands as a membership of the society.
In particular, we organize ZENOAQ Management Quality Improvement Committee led by Mr. Keiichi Takano, President & COO and ZENOAQ Management Quality Project to implement the activities by 9 categorized groups with identifying our goal, task, and improving measures.
There has been continuously approached at ZENOAQ in accordance with 「PDCA Cycle from Management Innovation」. We received an external evaluation in Autumn 2008, which was more objective assessment than doing by ourselves.

Why we need these activities?
Firstly, characteristic of customer needs has been drastically changing from quantity to quality currently. The quality is more important than the quantity for them. We should work on uniqueness of corporate activity, providing high-quality products, and taking on flexible and speedy response to customers.
Secondary, our business needs to enhancement of international competitiveness as product quality, price, and service have come close to saturation in domestic market in Japan. Given these circumstances, we also realize the importance of Core Competence Management to exploit our originality.
ZENOAQ will adapt firmly to changing market environment and continue Management Quality Improvement Activity in order to develop into a vista'd company activity.
